Confidentiality
All therapy sessions are confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, concerns relating to child protection, or where required by law.
Data Protection (GDPR)
Your personal data and session notes are stored securely in accordance with GDPR. Notes are kept only to support your therapeutic work and are not used for legal or external purposes. You have the right to request access to your data.
Payment
Sessions must be paid at least 24 hours in advance. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the session may be cancelled.
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Contact Outside Sessions
Contact outside of sessions is intended for scheduling and practical matters only. Ongoing therapeutic support is provided during sessions.
Emergency & Crisis Support
This service is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or require urgent support, please contact emergency services (999/112) or your GP.
Agreement
A full therapy agreement will be provided and must be signed before your first session.
