Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a scheduled session with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Payment is made directly to your therapist and is due the day before the session. Your therapist will issue a receipt after payment is received. There is no facility for backdating receipts. Please let your therapist know if you do not receive your receipt each week, so it can be resolved as soon as possible Please note: While there are several recognised professional accreditation bodies for psychotherapy in Ireland, many insurance providers currently reimburse services only from therapists accredited with specific organisations. If you intend to submit therapy receipts for reimbursement, please discuss this with your therapist before starting, as the therapist may be accredited by an organisation that is not reimbursed by insurance
